Food was delicious, service was good and the staff was excellent, specially the girl who took my food order at counter was amazing she was very kind and polite.

Last night, we dined at Spice on Wheels, and while the ambiance wasn't the most appealing, the food more than made up for it. It's not a fancy spot, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group of 22 people. Despite the size of our party, the service was efficient, and all of our dishes came out surprisingly fast. Every plate we tried was delicious, with plenty of flavorful vegetarian options available. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable, making it an excellent value. If you’re looking for fantastic Indian food without breaking the bank, this is the place!

Pretty simple looking restaurant but oh boy the food is simply divine. Absolutely lovely and authentic Indian meals everytime. Definitely recommended if you want some good and authentic Indian food. They also have a special lunch menu with dosas, parathas, pani Puri etc

Very very happy with our takeaway meal today. Had Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Samosa Chaat and Gulabs.Excellent sized servings and great value for money. 2 large dishes and 2 large rice plus the entre was way more than enough. At around $15 a head for a quality meal, this place is definitely worth a go!Had Indian food yesterday at a fancy looking restaurant but were left dissatisfied. Thankyou Simran and team for turning it all around for us!

I recently dined in restaurant and I found food was very delicious specially I liked goat curry and they have friendly staff. Last night, Satinder was serving on our table she did really great job she is quick and very polite.It was great experience. Highly recommended

One of the best curries we've had for a long time !! Been travelling for six months (S America, NZ) and love a good curry back home (UK), but this is something else. Fresh, tasty, perfect portion size. Highly recommended !!

It is quite difficult to find an Indian restaurant where the dishes are sweet enough to pose as dessert.Spice on Wheels bucked this trend. Dishes were far less sweet than most places we have eaten in Australia. Authentic and very tasty.Be careful when you order, as you can order either small or regular size curries. The small is twice the size of most Indian restaurants, so unless you want to only east half of your meal, or take home a doggy bag, go for the small.This is the second Indian restaurant we have found in Tassie that has great authentic tasting food. I have travelled to India 9 times over the past 10 - 15 years, and this is some of the best I have had outside of India.if you are in the area don't miss this one. Just close your eyes to blank out the 80's decor :)
